Comcast:

Your greed is overwhelming. I received a new modem for which I am being charged $10 rental per month along with other ridiculous surcharges. With this new modem, my picture is breaking up frequently for hours at a time, making my TV connection worthless. I am on a fixed oincome (disabled 67 yr old babyboomer) as are so many of my friends for which you have no discount service. I believe I am due a refund or some other consideration for your bad service. I am checking my options to get rid of you and join the forum of complaints. I pay way too much for basic TV and high speed internet. I wish to pay $99 for my services (XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) and the amount needs to be fixed.
