back to the inbox

Is there a way back into the Inbox once you've clicked on one of the folders from the folder list? Seems like the only way back is to exit the web page and totally re-load it. Why not just list the Inbox among the folders on the left menu? Or put a link for "Back to Inbox"

Re: back to the inbox

Does the "Where did my folders & search go?" link at https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite/apps/faq/index.html help? Or click "Back" in List View, or the "X" following the message subject in the title bar for Horizontal or Vertical View. Or just click "Mail" in the title bar.

Re: back to the inbox

Thanks for the reply Bruce. When I've clicked into one of my folders listed on the left, there is no "Back" in the List View. It's showing the mail I have in that folder, so there is no "X". Clicking on Mail does nothing. I've tried clicking on Adress Book, then clicking on Mail, but it just takes me back to where I was (in some folder that is not the Inbox).

Just seems like a poor design. Why not list the Inbox with all the other folders on the left menu? Or add some kind of "back to inbox" link?

How are you accessing your email?  On a computer with only a browser and the webmail UI?  If so, the Inbox should be at the top of the list of the default folders.  Are you not seeing this?--------------------
