OK, there is no separate archiving function in the webmail UI per se. What you can do is create folders and then move emails to them from your Inbox. In effect, you create your own archives that way. Assuming you are in the new email format, in the folders pane look at "My folders". Click on the + sign to the right of that and follow the prompts.
You need to clarify------do you mean in the Comcast webmail interface, or in a desktop email client like Outlook or Thunderbird or what?

My apologies, I am referring to the Comcast webmail only. Thank you.

What if they got hidden by mistake? How can I bring them back?

Previously clarified, was referring to Comcast webmail interface, thank you.
Yea, Comcast e-mail. I hid it by mistake, now I can't find how to unhide them. Your help would be much needed.
To the left of "My folders", you should see a small arrowhead if you have folders in there. Click on it and see if they reappear.
