When I make changes to my address book they do not show up in Email.

There are two copies of the address book, one in the default Full version of Xfinity Connect, and the other in the Lite version.  The one in Lite is the master copy.  You can try switching to the Lite version and then making the changes to the address book there.  They are supposed to sync but occasionally won't.  When that happens -------------------------

 

Try having the address book re-synced. You need to send an email to helpme@sv.comcast.com In the subject line put "Need Slow Sync of Address Book". In the body of the message describe the problem, and make sure you include the email address with the problem. It can take up to 24 hours for the re-sync to work.

I have also found through experience that if you make a change and then wait 24 hours it will sometimes just sync on it's own.
