how do I add new members to an email group list?

If you are still in the old email format, open the address book, then select the contact.  The toolbar above it will become active and you will see the option to add it to a group.  If you are in the new format, open the address book and drag and drop the contact to the folder in the left pane.  If you are using IE-11 or Chrome it might not work.    If so, use Edge or Firefox if you're on a Windows machine.
