add folder to e-mail

add folder to e-mail

Tried to set up folder to move e-mail to put in folder. When i try to add folder , will not work.

i want to add a new folder but don't see where to even add one. i don't like the new email system.

How are you accessing your email?  Are you still in the old email format or the new one?  How are you trying to add a folder?

In the folders pane to the left, and under the default folders look at "My folders".  To the right of it click on the + sign to add a folder.
