accidental username change

accidental username change

I felt for security reasons I needed to change my username and password. I didn't realize the ramifications in doings this such as I cannot access my emails etc from my old username and no one has that. When I tried to change it back it said I couldn't for 30 days! I then saw that this was stated in the instructions but only rather as an afterthought that comcast thought to put in. 

There has to be someway to retrieve and fix this situation.

Try calling Comcast security and see if they can reinstate the user ID you deleted-------------------
