I can't access my e-mail account.  Have been sent to a fax-sending site and then told the same thing another "customer" has been told.  I waste a considerable of time with Xfinity.  Can't it be cleaned up so it's usable?

You need to tell us exactly what happens when you try to access your email.  Are you getting as far as the Inbox page or what?

The same thing that happened to Ferrucio happened to me.  I finally got in touch with one of the "experts" at Comcast who told me they would change my password.  That is not something I wished to do, having changed it last week for another access problem  When I went back to home everything came into line.  Meanwhile, I had wasted another 1/2 hour for which Comcast gives no credit and very little service.  Thanks for the help.   John Z
