a website is not available for a week

This is the error message:

 

The connection was reset

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

 

I cannot connect to www.caloriecount.com which I have used for years. I have tried turning my router on & off several times, I have cleared history. I have checked my Viper AV firewall it is not blocked. Can anyone advise what else to do?

Try a different browser to see if you can connect to the page.
