Zimbra email web page access not loading

Just some information fellow paying customers. This issue is nothing the customer is doing. This is all on Xfinity/Comcast shoulders. They have had this problem since January 4 and cannot seemingly find the solution nor resources to fix it. Any computer gurus out there with any suggestions???

Try clearing your cache and removing any Comcast/Xfinity cookies.

Sorry. Wrong answer! This has been done several times. I've tried different ISP - IE, FireFox, Google and Google Chrome ending with the same result. Rebooted the modem. Rebooted all three of my devices (HP laptop, iPad and Android phone) and still the same issue.

 

I was eventually informed the issue is Xfinity/Comcast. Check your ticket SI0248922841 and my individual ticket with MULTIPLE phone calls and/or Chat room conversations with MULTIPLE representatives trying several options to no avail (CR756318621). I also provided a screen shot of the error I was receiving. The engineers at Comcast/Xfinity are aware of the issue and are having problems with getting a resolution.
