Xfinity reported my email is not valid

Xfinity reported my email is not valid

Daily I have to reset my email from SparkPeople.com but still cannot receive all of it. This is what their SP page says:

Email Preferences

Manage Message Board subscriptions (opens in a new window)
Manage Blog subscriptions (opens in a new window)

 

You are no longer receiving emails from SparkPeople because at one point your email provider reported that yours was not a valid email address.

 

If you are not receiving emails and you have entered a valid address, click here to reset your email address and we will start sending emails to your address the next day.


PLEASE help me stop wasting so much time !

Cocast security should be able to get this sorted out for you---------------------

It took 2 rounds, with each party blaming the other.

But it has worked for over a week now. Hopefully it is fixed for good.

 

THANKS for all the WONDERFUL help here.

 

The forum is usually faster and more detailed than Comcast's responders.
