When I am using the internet either for searching or for emails (reading and sending), quite often the following will pop up--"Xfinity not responding". I have to refresh the page and start all over. This does not always work, and I will have to shut down the computer and start completely over. Could anyone tell me what the problem is?
Same issue here. I've been reporting since mid February and just keep saying it's my equipment even though it happens on 2 different devices and multiple browsers.
I suspect that any provider that does not have the unacknowledged bugs Xfinity has in their new email platform with work better. So far rather than acknowledge the problem Xfinity just says it's customer equipment and ignores the issue. Funny how the TV commercials say Xfinity should fit in my life and yet not one apology for the lousy email problems most have experienced for the past 2 months.
They just sent me out another modem. Said the old one was waaaaay out-dated. I thought the new one might solve the "not responding" issue. If anything, it's gotten a lot worse.....

Same exact problems ! We the Customers need to demand some action on this or decide as a group what we can do?
What is it with all the problems with Comcast ? Something needs to be done to correct the problems and to correct customer service!
