Xfinity email issues with client

Xfinity email issues with client

I am having 2 issues with the connection between Outlook 2010 and Xfinity email. 

1) On Xfinity email, I select some "sent" mail and move it to the inbox so I can keep it on my Outlook 2010 client software.  I have the connection with POP3.  Recent mail that comes in downloads without an issue, but the older mail I moved into the inbox does not.  It used to work with no issues.

 

2) I have Outlook set to delete mail on server after 14 days.  I quit deleting mail a long time ago and now I have something like 1.5 years worth of mail on xfinity.  It used to work without any issues.  How can I get it to start deleting mail after 14 days again.
