Windows Live Mail

Windows Live Mail

i have a new laptop with Windows 10 installed. I  can use comcast.net email fine to send and receive but can't send emails on windows live mail which is what i prefer. Can anyone tell me what settings i need?

Just an FYI about WLM.  Microsoft is no longer updating it, including pushing security updates.  You might want to consider using another email client.  I switched from WLM to Thunderbird.
