Windows 10 Internet tool bars

Just updated to Windows 10 and can't add tool bars to Xfinity Home Page

Windows10 uses its native EDGE as the browser and toobars cannot be added to that application.  SInce you upgraded, your old browsers ( Chrome, IE, Firefox, etc ) are still installed in windows10.  You will need to find them and use them as your browser in windows10 for any toolbars you wish to have while browsing.


The Support Forums are "public" forums and you should not post identifiable information - (full name, account number, address, phone numbers & email addresses).  Users of these forums are Comcast customers, the same as you & me and volunteer their time to assist with the issues and/or problems that you may be experiencing. Comcast Official Employees (OE) are identified with RED lettered User Names. Comcast Appointed Experts are identified with GREEN lettered User Names.

Thanks, I found the tab to open in Internet Explorer and my tool bar is there as well as my favorites.
