Why can't I attach anything with the new Comcast email

Why can't I attach anything with the new Comcast email?  It works from work but not home and they are both Windows10...

Exactly what happens when you try to attach a file?  Anything?  Are you using only the webmail interface?

Nothing at all. I ended up calling customer service and they suggested using Chrome. It works in Chrome

I'm curious----what browsers were you using before you tried Chrome?  Were they the most current versions?

Nothing happens. It just highlights the word attachment and that is all.
