Why are my emails to Embarq email addresses being rejected as spam?

Why are my emails to Embarq email addresses being rejected as spam?

Up until last fall I have had no trouble emailing Embarq or Centurylink email addresses.  For the last 4 or 5 months I cannot send an email to them without it coming back with this error..

 

Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 554 5.7.1 [P4] Message blocked due to spam content in the message.

 

I use Outlook, and upgraded to Outlook 2016 yesterday, spent 2+ hours with Microsoft Outlook help person yesterday, nothing changed.  

 

Would sure appreciate any help!
