Where did my unread email go?

Where did my unread email go?

Hi,

I have several unread emails that are less than 1 week old.  I received the notice on my phone but did not have time to read them.  When I sat down to read them and catch up a few days later they were gone.  Is there a way to get them back?  They are not in my trash or spam box. Most commonly I read my email via Outlook on my desktop.  Occasionally I use my phone to read email at work or on the go,but usually I don't have time. I just scan for anything urgent.

This is a new problem.  I've read email this way for quite some time and have not had this issue.

Where did you attempt to read the missing email?  Do you have your phone/Outlook set up to Leave a copy of messages on the Comcast server?  Have you checked your phone and Outlook settings?



Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
