Where are you? I can't reach email

If your server is down or there is some other problen, you need to develop a way to notify users.   You are terribly unprofessional just going away this way.   Or is this the new net neutrality?   You reduce my bandwidth to your email server to 300 baud because you don't want to do email anyway.

I agree and would like to hear a response from Comcast/Xfinity and see a resolution to this problem.  It's been since the new change by Comcast.  This is my main and only email address and I have an important email that I am expecting.  So far since early this morning I have not been able to read any of my emails.

 

There is a Comcast connection and server problem, please tell us what it is and how quickly you're going to resolve it.  Thank you.

Central Mass all 3 comcast.net email accounts are unreachable this morning, get the swirling dots then blue screen.

 

This is a consistant, longstanding and continuing problem.

This is not an answer.   It is an additional complaint.   No, I don't accept it as "the best reply".
