When I converted to this new e-mail including the setup for the address book my address disappeared

The address book is now empty how do I get those addresses back.

I'm going to escalate this to the forum admins for follow up.  You can't fix this yourself.

I clicked on the private msg as you asked and it loaded a page that has a private msg box but the only thing I could click on was a search box above the msg box. Tried several times.

@braddblk - The private messaging feature is turned off on your account. I escalate this issue to my management and as soon as I get a reply back - I will let you know. My apologies for the inconvenience.

@braddblk - The issue is resolved and you should now have an access to private messaging. Please let me know if you still experiencing issues.

I clicked on private but this is where it ended up. Something is messed up with the messaging.

I clicked on the link to where you sent my msg and it said I didn't have access to it.
