We are offline and our new password isn't recognized.

We are offline and our new password isn't recognized.

How do we get back online.  It says "offline" in the pop account.

Do you mean you changed the password in the Comcast account online?  If so, did you also change it in the desktop client you are using?  Which one are you using----Outlook, Thunderbird, Mac Mail or what?
