Watched SuitsOnline with Mac, then in Season 5 the Show Has Constant Plug-In Failure

 

I have no idea which Forum to send this to, so here goes:

I have a MacBook Pro with Retina, OS X 10.9.5.; Safari is 7.1.8

I never had a problem watching previous shows of Suits, till season 5.  Now when  I begin to watch an episode online, it works for commercials & the first few minutes of the show, then the screen shows "Plug In Failure". It used to say Safari has a Plug in Failure, even though

Safari is set to accept plug-ins & always was....now it just says "Plug-In Failure"

I am no techie, anyone know why this is? I called Comcast, but.....no help

Hi,

          You probably have this fixed already. But just in case check to see if plugin is up to date. One other option install alternate web browser like firefox.
