Updated email site? my inbox emails change with "from" people to my own name when I respond

Updated email site? my inbox emails change with "from" people to my own name when I respond

Recently the website email has been updated and now, when I respond to an email from someone, the name of the person who the original email disappears and I only see my own name.  The small "respond" arrow or forward arrow are no longer there and I see a small box with number of back/forth emails shows between the "subject" column and the date/time columns.

What is going on????  I am super-duper frustrated.  I'm having to take tons of time searching of emails when all of the "from" column entries are my own name!

Please, please, please tell me how I can return this to the original style so that I can see who the email is from and then the mini arrow that shows reply, reply all, or forward.

Try running a search for the person you want.  In the Search field, fype "from:name", inserting the real name for "name".  Can you bring it up that way?  Are you on the old email format or the new one?

I'm on the new version. When I sort by name it only sorts do that all the emails appear under my name. I'll try the search method. I've tried that before but did not know to put from: before the name.
Thanks for that suggestuon.
I still don't like that I can't see my emailer's name on the list!
