Unsynchronize one iPhone from an email network of Mac, Laptop and 2 iPhones

I have OS X El Caption 10.11.6 and am on Comcast's email (IMAP). It is synchronized with a Mac Laptop and two phones. How can I synchronized one of the phones so that it will keep all incoming messages when the Mac , Laptop and other phone deletes the incoming message?

You would need to set up the account on the one phone using POP3 in the Mail app.  You would also need to set Mail to keep a copy on the server, otherwise the others would not "see" anything.  I'm not sure that would work though.  The whole point of IMAP is to sync the account accross all devices with the account enabled on it.  You might be better off to not use an app on the one phone, and just use Safari to access the webmail in the usual way.  But try using POP and see if it works that way for you.
