Unsuspending a secondary email account

Unsuspending a secondary email account

I had my son's email account suspended for about 60 days, it says you can have it suspended for up to 90 days.  So, I was well under that amount of days when I clicked it to "unsuspend" his account.  But it's been 24 hours later since I clicked the "unsuspend" button, and on my end, it looks like it is unsuspended.  But when he or I try to login on his account, it says that there is still a restriction on it, or that it needs correct admin information, or it says that "a lot of comcast users are experienceing not be able to connect and view their email at this time, but that comcast is looking into the issure."  But again, it's been over 24 hours.  Please help.

I would call Comcast security and ask them to have a look at it to see if they can determine the issue---------------
