Unblocking My Wife's Emails

Unblocking My Wife's Emails

In looking at several forum entries on this subject, it seems that everybody wants a dialogue before they will even begin to answer what seems like a truly simple request: How do I unblock someone I sincerely want to unblock?

It's pretty simple.

1) Mysteriously, my wife's emails now go directly into my Comcast spam folder.

2) I didn't do anything to send them there.

3) I want to get her address unfiltered so I can receive her emails again.

4) How do I do that?

I never use Comcast to access to my emails. Instead, I use Thunderbird. But it is Comcast that has blocked her, so I am totally unaware that she has sent me something - until she tells me so in person. I may be wrong, but I don't think that's how email is supposed to work.

Anybody - anybody - have a simple step-by-step solution?
