Unable to send email - Permanent Error message

Unable to send email - Permanent Error message

For the past week, I have been able to receive messages to my email account (Mozilla Thunderbird via Comcast), but can't send anything. I receive a message from mailer-daemon@comcast.net, saying "Permanent Error", with my original message shown below. Other users who have the same @******.com as I do have no problems sending or receiving, it's just my specific account that has the problem. Comcast says my IP is not on their block list, so I'm at my wits' end to figure out the problem. Help would be most appreciated!

Could you post what the solution was?  Other Thunderbird users might find it enlightening if they should encounter the same issue.
