Unable to get into my email

I need some help in fixing my system and why it running very slow and I am having trouble  getting my email inbox to come up so that I came get to my incoming messages

What are you using for email?  xfinity Connect?  Or- Are yiu using a different email program?  Do yiu use a smartphone or tablet?

Which browser / version are you using?  

Have you cleared your browser cache?  Please do so.

Have you tried using a different browser to determine if the problem is with the browser you are using?

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
