Unable to email myself a test message

01/02/2016 - I  am unable to email myself from within my comcast web-based secondary email account.  I can email others and they can email me.  Similarly, I can send an email from my primary comcast email account to the secondary one either from within the web-based email or through my external email program (Thunderbird).  When I send an email to myself it just disappears.  I do not get any rejection or errors.  It appears in my sent mail but never arrives in my Inbox, my Spam or my Trash.

Call Comcast security and ask them to look at your account to see what's going on---------------------
