Have been converted to the new email system. My old folders are still there and accessible. But I am unable to create any new folders. When I click on the + sign next to "My Folders", enter the name in the dialogue box, then click "Add", all I get is the circle with the red slash through it & nothing happens. How to resolve?
Click on the 3 bars next to "Inbox". You should see "Add New Folder". Try creating your new folder that way. I had the same problem and this worked for me.
I'm having the same problem. I've tried both clicking on the + sign next to my folders and on the 3 bars next to Inbox. Either way, I get the same circle with the red slash.
