Unable to access one website

Unable to access one website

Using Comcast, I can't get to https://mygk.globalknowledge.com.  All requests time out.  With wifi turned off, I can use my phone to access the website and it pops right up.  Comcast is unable to find anything.  Global Knowledge says they're not blocking anything.  I need to get this resolved.  Anyone?

I can reach the site. When you can't reach a site using your Comcast connection but can via another ISP, and other Comcast customers can reach the site, it usually means the site is blocking your public Comcast IP. Web hosts often claim they're not blocking you on the first try.

 

In your trace, note that hops 2-4 are within Comcast's network, but hop 5 is Level 3. If Comcast was blocking the site, the trace wouldn't reach Level 3's network. You'll need to go back to Global Knowledge's admins again for help with this.

 

You can look up your public Comcast IP at https://www.google.com/search?q=IP.
