I am unable to access my e-mial. When I click on the link to take me to my e-mail account, it accrues 5 failures (as noted in the web address bar). I have cleared my cache, restarted, and attempted to access my e-mail again, but to no avail.
Try using a different browser and see if you can duplicate the problem that way.
Then I'm going to escalate this to the forum admins. There is something going on with your account.
It's not your account, same issue here with intermittent problems pulling up email. Contacted them and they say there's no problem. This all started with the roll out of this new email format. Comcast doesn't care.
