Unable to access e-mail

Unable to access e-mail

I am unable to access my e-mial.  When I click on the link to take me to my e-mail account, it accrues 5 failures (as noted in the web address bar). I have cleared my cache, restarted, and attempted to access my e-mail again, but to no avail.

Try using a different browser and see if you can duplicate the problem that way.

It's not your account, same issue here with intermittent problems pulling up email. Contacted them and they say there's no problem. This all started with the roll out of this new email format. Comcast doesn't care.

I have not been able to access my email from any of my multiple devices. My wife's account is fine. I simply would like to know when I have access again.
