Unable to access Xfinity/Comcast email through Xfinity website

Unable to access Xfinity/Comcast email through Xfinity website

This has been going on for over a week now.  I can log into my Xfinity account but when I click the Envelop icon to access my email, it gets stuck in some sort of loop on the website: https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite/ You can see the page name change from "Xfinity Connect Sign in" to "https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite/" (The Reload arrow and X are swtiching back and forth next to the address). I have chatted with an agent and have an open ticket but this is rediculous.  I have tried three different computers, three different web browsers (IE, Chrome, & Forefox) and what's really got me is my husband can sign in on his computer no problem but when I enter my credentials, this issue happens. Can Anyone figure this out?

Try using the mobile version and see if you can get in that way       m.comcast.net/m       Type or copy  that into your browser search bar and hit enter.

Latoque: Have you tried this recently, and does it actually work for you? For me, "m.comcast.net" redirects to "m.xfinity.com", which then redirects to the home page at "my.xfinity.com", in Firefox, Chrome, and IE. The only way I can access the mobile site is through https://web.mail.comcast.net/zimbra/m/zmain?app=mail

All of the URLs redirect to http://my.xfinity.com/ no matter what I do and I can login but then I click the email and get stuck in the loop on the URL: https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite/

I am having the same problem with this new email.  My wife has the old zimbra; apparently they only put some people on the new system.  Anyhow, sometimes I can get in and most of the time I cannot.  I called Comcast and they came out and said I need all new wires, but could not elaborate on why I could not get into the new email upgrade.  I think they still have to work out the bugs cuz I also tried two different browsers and three different computers both hard wired and wireless and have the same problem.

Yes I have.  I don't know why it took this long for your response to show up in my Inbox, but when I use that url it takes me straight to the Xfinity homepage where I can log into my email.  and it's m.comcast.net/m
