Trying to get into emails at different location

i HAVE TRIED MANY TIMES TO GET INTO MY EMAIL.

IT ASKS FOR ACCT #..  DID THIS MANY TIMES.

THEN NEED TO KNOW MY PASSWORD.. WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO RESET..

 

AT WITTS END WITH ALL THIS.

First check to see what your Username and password is. You might be entering a wrong one, typed it in qwrong etc. To do, on the left side of the home page, scroll down to QUICK LINKS and click on Find My Username.  After you know for sure what your Username is, then go back to the homepage again.  This time, click on Reset my password to change your password.  Then post back for the directions on how to have your email go to a different email address automatically.
