Trouble logging in to account

I'm having trouble logging into my account 

I'm entering the correct user and password 

But it directs me to call up the 1(800) number

Try resetting the password and see if anything changes----------------------

Hi tomberryyuna2, the information that (Latoque) shared is a good start to getting this issue resolved. Please let me know if resetting the password to your online account allows you to login, also please try using a different browser to login. If you still receive this error message after you have changed the password and tried a different browser please reach back out to me here so that I can further assist you.
