Trouble finding email

To get to email now, you're supposed to click the hamburger in the back bar, but if I go to xfinity.com, the bar is blank/completley black, with a bunch of bloated pictuers and news on the page.  But if I go to forums.xfinity.com, I can see the hamburger and menu text on the black bar.  What's going on?

Comcast has made email more difficult to get over the years, as you used to be able to go directly to it, but can't seem to now, or I don't know the address.

How are you accessing your email? Using a browser and the webmail interface? Or are you on a tablet or a smartphone or what? What do you mean by the "back bar"?
