Transferring from one Comcast account to another

I am not the main account holder on our Comcast account and I need to transfer my Comcast email to a different account that is also Comcast. Any idea how I accomplish this? I don't want to lose my Comcast email address.

It can indeed be done, but it takes some coordination.  I am going to escalate your post to the Admin level to get you started-------------------------

They should.  This situation is fairly common and the Comcast employees I've been dealing with tell me this is the best way to handle it.
