Transferring contact list from Xfinity to Mac OS X?

How do I transfer the contact list from Xfinity to my Mac OSX?

You will need to export the Comcast address book to the Mac using either the .csv or vCard file types.  I would save it to the desktop to make it easy to find.  Are you on the old Comcast email format or the new one?  If on the old format, from the Inbox page, click on Address Book, and on the landing page select "Export All".  Follow the prompts to export it.

If you are on the new format, you really can't export right now.  There is a problem with it and it is being worked on.  Normally you would open the address book from the Inbox page, and then in the left pane you would click on the "hamburger" menu to the right of "Address Book" to pick either Import or Export, but right now you can only Import, not export.

Once you have the file on the Mac's desktop, you would open "Contacts" on the Dock, then in the top menu bar you would click on File, and then Import, and follow the prompts.
