my mom closed her boyfriends xfinity account because he died and returned all the equipment to the store and opened another account in her name but i have had a email address on his account for ten years and the lady at the store said she would transfer the email address to my moms new account but when i login in it says logged in successfully but wont let me see the email what do i do i mean every account I have ever opened is registered with that email address ,ten years ?

Have your Mom call 1-800 Comcast, or go to the closest Comcast office.  Make sure she has the old and new account numbers and all Usernames with her...passwords too.


I doesn't sound like thus was processed completely to get your Username on the new account.

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
