Transfer email account to another Xfinity customer

Transfer email account to another Xfinity customer

My son has moved into his own home with his own Xfinity service.  He still uses the email account that was setup for him when he lived at home.  I would like to transfer the email account to his Xfinity account so that he will not lose any of his email history.

Hi, chinzmann - We can definitely transfer your son's email/username to his own account. In order to do that, I will need to verify the account information for both of you. Please send me a private message with your full name, address, son's email, phone or account number. Click on my name ComcastElla, then click Private Message Me.
