The Vault

When I sign into xfinity with the Vault I see my name DyAnne next I want to go to my e-mail and it calls me guest ( I see my all my e-mails why isn't it showing my name instead of guest?)

Trying clearing te browser cache,mtyen re-open the browser and sign in again.  Sometimes there is a shortbdelay too from it changing fromGuest to your Username.



Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.

I have windows 7.  I have Xfinity Connect on my i-phone for my e-mails.  I do not know how to clear my cache.  When I sign in with the Vault on my desktop it says my name but when I click on e-mail it says Guest.  Thank you for any help you can give me.

The "Guest" issue is a known problem that is actively being investigated for a fix.  Your account is still secure.
