How does one change that graphic in the circle to the left of each message?

What graphic are you referring to?  How are you accessing your email?

At the top of the forum page, click on the graphic [avatar] and choose My Settings from the drop down box.  Click on the Avatar tab.  You can change from there.  All avatars will end up in that circle.

My Settings has the following tabs:

but no avatar tab.

 

I have a vague recollection of seeing an Avatar tab once;

that's how I selected that trupmet image.

But I do not get an Avatar tab now.

Any ideas?

Com'on somebody must know the answer.  I see lots cutomized "avatars."

That is really wierd - I get the other 5 tabs but not avatars.  I've tried several different browsers.

You may need to have a certain minimum number of posts before you are allowed to have an avatar ? I suggest that you contact the forum Administrator Comcast Jessie via a private forum message about this here;
