Suspicious email : deactivation notice

I received this email today. I'm 99% sure it's phishing but it's very alarming.

from: Xfinity Team <srclb228@telus.net>

Dear User,

We received a request to suspend your Email Account and the process has started by the Xfinity Team,
Please give us 24 working hours to permanently close your Email Account.

If this was you, you're all set!

If this wasn't you, Kindly cancel the request by visiting: https://login.comcast_com/request=cancel
All files on your Email including (Inbox, Sent, Spam, Trash, Draft) will be deleted
and access to your Email ( %0% ) will be DENIED if you ignore this Alert.
