How do I unsuspend an E-mail account

I'm assuming you are talking about a secondary account you had set up, then suspended.  Is that correct?  if so, from the Inbox page, go to My Account at the top of the screen.  It will prompt you to sign in again.  Make sure you sign into your Primary account.  On the landing page click on "Users and Preferences" at the top.  Once you are on the next page, you will see the tabs for the accounts you have in use.  Click on the one in question and you will see the option to "Delete or Reactivate User".  Click on that and the rest is easy.
