Is Xfinity conducting a Survey when people sign into their e-mail account?

The Survey asks for credit card information in return for a MP3 player.

I would like to know if this is a scam.

Hello sslilac. This definitely sounds suspicious. Was this an email survey, or was this a pop-up onscreen message?

 

You can also contact our Comcast Customer Security Assurance team and make a report to them about this.
