Staying signed in to my email

Staying signed in to my email

Even though I have checked the box to keep me signed in to my email it boots me out.  So every time the email screen sleeps, when I wake it up I have to resign in which means I am resigning in with my email address and password every 5 minutes or so.  Help!

The sign-in feature is a function of whatever browser you are using.  Did you check the settings in it to see how it's handling cookies?  Because that's how it remembers you.  If cookies are being cleared it will cause what you are describing.
