Spam issue

Spam issue

Comcast seems to be treating all of the email forwarded from my gmail account as Spam.  I don't recall ever having put gmail on a spam list, but how do I check this so that Comcast will stop rejecting my forwarded mail?

Thank you very much.

Re: Spam issue

Are the forwarded messages going into the Comcast Spam folder?  Or are you getting any error or bounce message at the Gmail end?  If they're just going to the Spam folder, just keep marking them as not Spam.

Re: Spam issue

Thanks for your quick reply, Dr. S

No, they don't go to the spam folder.  I get the "undeliverable message" notice.  I noticed it started happening a few months ago after years of the two email accounts coordinating just fine.  Don't know what started it and would love to find a way to stop it.

Off to work now, but I'll check back throughout the day for any new responses.

Thanks again!
