Spam hitting wrong target

Spam hitting wrong target

Lately legitimate email from my contacts is getting marked as Spam and automatically moved to the Spam folder. My settings indicate that Spam filtering is off.How can I get email from these sources into my inbox?

We can take a look, also, you can mark them as "Not Spam"

Could you send me a private message with some additional details about these messages?  Who they're from, and when they were sent, etc.  I just looked at the past few days, and I'm not seeing anything that we're marking as spam that appears to be interpersonal messages.

Thanks, I found the button to mark messages as not spam.

After marking some messages as not spam, they re-appear in my spam folder a few hours later.
