Spam folder

I received an email saying my account was about to be suspended because my spam folder is full. Is this valid?

Re: Spam folder

Delete that email, it is probably phishing.  If you hover over the From field, it will show the Comcast address if really from Comcast and will show a Comcast/ Exfinity logo.

You might want to change your password too.  On the homepage go to QUICK LINKS ( scroll down until you see it) then click on re_set password.  Click there to change your password.

Have you checked your Spam Folder too?  Right click on it and chose empty in the drop down menu.

Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.

Very phishy. Please see Comcast Email Phish or Legit? How to Tell (and rules for posting) for more information about identifying, reporting, and posting phishing emails.

Samples of recent phishing messages can be found at http://constantguard.comcast.net/alerts under "Top Phishing Scams".
