Spam email

I started getting tons of spam emails about a month ago. I just chatted with a customer service person who said "you're set up for spam filtering so you should be all set" and then proceeded to try to sell me a new product! Seriously? Does anyone know what's going on with Comcast spam filtering system? Any solutions?

Are you reporting the spams?
